  1. (a)A nonprofit organization shall not be precluded from competing for a contract for religious-related services to be performed on a U.S. military installation.
  2. (b)See 219.270 when an acquisition for religious-related services to be performed on a U.S. military installation is set aside for any of the small business concerns identified in FAR 19.000(a)(3).
