For construction projects over $10,000,000, present the magnitude in ranges as follows:
  1. (a)Between $10,000,001 and $25,000,000;
  2. (b)Between $25,000,001 and $100,000,000;
  3. (c)Between $100,000,001 and $250,000,000;
  4. (d)Between $250,000,001 and $500,000,000; and
  5. (e)Over $500,000,000.
