  1. (a)The contracting officer shall insert the clause at 352.236-70, Design-Build Contracts, in all solicitations and contracts for all design-build requirements.
  2. (b)The contracting officer shall use Alternate I to the clause at 352.236-70, Design-Build Contracts, in all solicitations and contracts for construction when Fast-Track procedures are being used.
  3. (c)Due to the importance of maintaining consistency in the contractor's personnel during design-build construction, the contracting officer should consider including the clause at 352.237-75, Key personnel.
