As prescribed in 15.408(m) and 15.403-5(b)(1), substitute the following paragraph (b)(1) for paragraph (b)(1) of the basic clause. Alternate II (OCT 1997). As prescribed in 15.408(m), add the following paragraph (c) to the basic clause: Alternate III (OCT 1997). As prescribed in 15.408(m), add the following paragraph (c) to the basic clause (if Alternate II is also used, redesignate the following paragraph as paragraph (d)): Alternate IV (OCT 2010).
