As prescribed in 25.1102(c), insert the following clause: Alternate I (NOV 2023). As prescribed in 25.1102(c)(3), add the following definition of “Bahraini, Mexican, or Omani construction material” to paragraph (a) of the basic clause, and substitute the following paragraphs (b)(1) and (b)(2) for paragraphs (b)(1) and (b)(2) of the basic clause: Alternate II (OCT 2022). As prescribed in 25.1102(c)(4) substitute the following sentence for the first sentence of paragraph (1)(ii)(A) of the definition of domestic construction material in paragraph (a):
