This subpart prescribes the policies and procedures for implementing—
  1. (a)41 U.S.C. chapter 85, Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled; and
  2. (b)The rules of the Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (41 CFR Chapter 51), which implements the AbilityOne program.
