If the requirements set forth in §§ 1655.2, 1655.4, and 1655.6(a) are satisfied, the TSP record keeper will nevertheless reject a loan request if:
  1. (a)The participant has failed to provide all required information on the loan request;
  2. (b)The participant has a pending loan request or in-service withdrawal request; or
  3. (c)A hold has been placed on the account pursuant to 5 CFR 1653.3(c).
