Agencies must execute a written Participant Agreement with each Pathways Participant that clearly identifies expectations, including but not limited to:
  1. (a)A general description of duties;
  2. (b)Work schedules;
  3. (c)The length of the appointment and termination date;
  4. (d)Mentorship opportunities;
  5. (e)Training requirements as applicable;
  6. (f)Evaluation procedures that will be used for the Participant;
  7. (g)Requirements for continuation and successful completion of the Program; and
  8. (h)Minimum eligibility requirements for noncompetitive conversion to term or permanent competitive service employment according to the requirements of the applicable Pathways Program.
