  1. (a)American Samoa as defined in § 591.205,
  2. (b)Territory of Guam,
  3. (c)Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands,
  4. (d)Johnston Atoll (including Sand Island),
  5. (e)Midway Atoll, and
  6. (f)Wake Atoll.
