If an employee moves between an agency or organizational subunit operating a leave bank to an agency or organizational subunit operating a different leave bank, the following procedures shall apply:
  1. (a)On the date of the employee's move, he or she shall become subject to the policies and procedures of the voluntary leave bank program of the new agency or organizational subunit; and
  2. (b)Nothing in § 630.1010(a)(2) or (b) shall interfere with the employee's right to submit an application to become a leave contributor or leave recipient in accordance with the policies and procedures of the voluntary leave bank program of the new agency or organizational subunit.
