This subpart establishes the procedures that OPM will use to—
  1. (a)Determine that an individual is a missing annuitant;
  2. (b)Suspend payment of annuity to a missing annuitant;
  3. (c)Notify individuals affected by such a suspension of payments; and
  4. (d)Determine that a missing annuitant has died.
