1. (a)Loss of an eligible family member or TEI family member due to:
   1. (1)Divorce;
   2. (2)Death; or
   3. (3)Loss of eligibility of a previously enrolled child or TEI child.
2. (b)You are an enrollee and your spouse deploys to active military service.
