For those applications for which the Service determines that the applicant holds a valid property right, the Service will conduct a formal review of your application by:
  1. (a)Evaluating the potential impacts of your proposal on Service-administered lands and waters, or resources of refuges; visitor uses or experiences; or visitor or employee health and safety in compliance with applicable Federal laws; and
  2. (b)Identifying any additional operating conditions that would apply to your approved application.
