7 CFR §1214.70

1. (a)Each producer and importer subject to this subpart shall be required to provide to the Board periodically such information as required by the Board, with the approval of the Secretary, which may include but not be limited to the following:
   1. (1)Number of trees produced or total imports;
   2. (2)Number of Christmas trees on which an assessment was paid;
   3. (3)Name and address of producer or importer; and
   4. (4)Date assessment was paid on each Christmas tree produced or imported.
2. (b)All reports required under § 1214.70 are due to the Board by February 15 of the crop year.
3. (c)This report shall accompany the payment of the collected assessments.
