  1. (a)Only rabbits which are processed in official plants in accordance with the regulations in this part may be inspected.
  2. (b)All rabbits that are eviscerated in an official plant where inspection service is maintained shall be inspected for condition and wholesomeness and no dressed rabbits or uninspected products shall be brought into such official plant.
