(b) The Commission's FOIA Public Liaison is available to assist any person requesting information from the Commission in resolving any concerns related to a Freedom of Information Act request. (c) The Office of Government Information Services is available to provide mediation services to help resolve disputes between FOIA requesters and Federal agencies.
