As used in this chapter—
  1. (1)the term “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation;
  2. (2)the term “Foundation” means the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation;
  3. (3)the term “institution of higher education” has the same meaning given that term by section 1001 of this title; and
  4. (4)the term “secondary school” has the same meaning given that term by section 7801 of this title.
