  1. (a)There is established, within the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities, an Institute of Museum and Library Services.
  2. (b)The Institute shall consist of an Office of Museum Services and an Office of Library Services.
  3. (c)There shall be a National Museum and Library Services Board within the Institute, as provided under section 9105a of this title.
