In this subchapter:
- (1)Indian tribeThe term “Indian tribe” has the meaning given the term in the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 450b).1 See References in Text note below.
- (2)ProjectThe term “Project” means the Indian trust asset management demonstration project established under section 5612(a) of this title.
- (3)SecretaryThe term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
