42 U.S.C. § 274i–4 — Definitions

For purposes of this part:
  1. (1)OrganThe term “organ” has the meaning given such term in section 121.2 of title 42, Code of Federal Regulations.
  2. (2)Organ procurement organizationThe term “organ procurement organization” means a qualified organ procurement organization described in section 273(b)(1) of this title.
