In this subchapter:
- (1)Advisory CouncilThe term “Advisory Council” means the National Advisory Council on Healthcare Research and Quality established under section 299c of this title.
- (2)AgencyThe term “Agency” means the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
- (3)DirectorThe term “Director” means the Director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
