42 U.S.C. § 7384g — Authorization of appropriations

1. (a)In generalPursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 3103(a),1 See References in Text note below. $25,000,000 may be used for purposes of carrying out this subchapter.
2. (b)Compensation fundThere is hereby authorized to be appropriated $250,000,000 to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund established by section 7384e of this title.
