42 U.S.C. § 8010 — Authorization of appropriations

  1. (a)There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1988 and 1989.
  2. (b)Sums appropriated pursuant to this section shall remain available until expended.
