49 U.S.C. § 26104 — Authorization of appropriations

  1. (a)Fiscal Years 2006 Through 2013There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary—for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2013.
    1. (1)$30,000,000 for carrying out section 26101; and
    2. (2)$30,000,000 for carrying out section 26102,
  2. (b)Funds To Remain AvailableFunds made available under this section shall remain available until expended.
