  1. (a)GeneralThe following amounts may be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation:
    1. (1)not more than $15,000,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(1) and (3) of this title.
    2. (2)not more than $2,500,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(2) of this title.
    3. (3)not more than $2,500,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(4) of this title.
  2. (b)Availability of AmountsAmounts appropriated to carry out this chapter remain available until expended.
