Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the provisions of subsections (f) and (i) 1 See References in Text note below. of section 2012 of this title and section 2019 of this title, concerning private, nonprofit drug addiction or alcohol treatment and rehabilitation programs, shall henceforth also be applicable to publicly operated community health centers.
