7 U.S.C. § 3324 — Authorization of appropriations

  1. (a)In generalThere are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—
    1. (1)$7,500,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2013; and
    2. (2)$5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2023.
  2. (b)Prohibition on useFunds made available under this section may not be used to acquire or construct a building.
