  1. (a)Records that the FOIA requires the Commission to make available for public inspection in an electronic format may be accessed through the Commission's Web site. The Commission is responsible for determining which of its records must be made publicly available, for identifying additional records of interest to the public that are appropriate for public disclosure, and for posting and indexing such records. The Commission must ensure that its Web site of posted records and indices is reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis. The Commission has a FOIA Requester Service Center or FOIA Public Liaison who can assist individuals in locating records particular to the Commission.   2. (b)The Commission offices designated in § 1610.4(c) shall maintain and make available for public inspection and copying a copy of:
    1. (1)The Commission's notices and regulatory amendments which are not yet published in the Code of Federal Regulations;
    2. (2)The Commission's annual reports;
    3. (3)The Commission's Compliance Manual;
    4. (4)Blank forms relating to the Commission's procedures as they affect the public;
    5. (5)The Commission's Orders (agency directives);
    6. (6)“CCH Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Decisions” (1973 and 1983);
    7. (7)Commission awarded contracts; and
    8. (8)Copies of all records, regardless of form or format, that because of the nature of their subject matter—
      1. (i)The Commission determines have become, or are likely to become, the subject of subsequent requests for substantially the same records; or
      2. (ii)That have been requested 3 or more times.
