  1. (a)In its enforcement of the Equal Pay Act, the Commission has the authority to investigate an agency's employment practices on its own initiative at any time in order to determine compliance with the provisions of the Act. The Commission will provide notice to the agency that it will be initiating an investigation.
  2. (b)Complaints alleging violations of the Equal Pay Act shall be processed under this part.
