  1. (a)Compliance with the requirements of this subpart does not affect the need for the owner or operator of a CCR unit to comply with all other applicable federal, state, tribal, or local laws or other requirements.
  2. (b)Any CCR unit continues to be subject to the requirements in §§ 257.3-1, 257.3-2, and 257.3-3.
