Any person who must report under this part must report for the submission period described at § 713.17:
  1. (a)Quantities of mercury in pounds per applicable activity listed under the general requirements for which information must be reported described at § 713.9;
  2. (b)Specific requirements for which information must be reported described at § 713.11;
  3. (c)Contextual requirements for which information must be reported described at § 713.13; and
  4. (d)According to the procedures described at § 713.21.
