  1. (a)The owner or operator of an affected unit may represent a class of affected units for the purpose of applying to the Administrator for a class-approved alternative monitoring system.
  2. (b)The owner or operator of an affected unit representing a class of affected units shall provide the following information:
    1. (1)A description of the affected unit and how it appropriately represents the class of affected units;
    2. (2)A description of the class of affected units, including data describing all of the affected units that will comprise the class.
