  1. (a)The NOX authorized account representative for a NOX Budget unit shall submit written notice to the Administrator, the appropriate EPA Regional Office, and the permitting authority in accordance with § 75.61 of this chapter.
  2. (b)For any unit that does not have an Acid Rain emissions limitation, the permitting authority may waive the requirement to notify the permitting authority in paragraph (a) of this section.
