The following information must be displayed on a permanent metal or pressure-sensitive nameplate attached to each agent storage cylinder/valve assembly:
  1. (a)Manufacturer's name, address, and telephone number;
  2. (b)Coast Guard approval number assigned to the system under 46 CFR 159.005-13;
  3. (c)Identifying mark of the laboratory;
  4. (d)Reference to the laboratory's listing standard;
  5. (e)Type of extinguishing agent;
  6. (f)Operating pressure at 70 °Fahrenheit;
  7. (g)Storage temperature range;
  8. (h)Factory test pressure of the cylinder;
  9. (i)Reference to the manufacturer's marine design, installation, operation, and maintenance manual;
  10. (j)Weight of agent charge and gross weight of cylinder/valve assembly;
  11. (k)Minimum maintenance instructions; and
  12. (l)Any other information required by the laboratory or another government agency.
